| Start with a jean shirt and some rubberbands |

| Tie the shirt up like you would any other tye dye experiment |

| The finsihed shirt should look like a big knot |

| Fill a bucket with three quarts bleach and three quarts water and using rubber gloves place the shirt in the mixture. |

| Let the shirt sit for 15-20 minutes, if it is nt fully submerged give it 15 minutes on each side. Once the color starts to lighten, remove it form the bleach, snip off rubber bands and soak/rinse it completely with water. |
